Association between cumulus cells—mRNA levels of AMHR2 and FSHR with oocyte maturity

چکیده

Abstract Background The gene expression of anti-Mullerian hormone receptor type 2 ( AMHR2 ) and follicle stimulating (FSHR) in cumulus cells (CCs) isolated from mature immature oocytes was studied as a possible non-invasive approach for determining oocyte maturity quality. CCs 100 infertile women with different etiologic factors were subdivided into control (CCs MII) case GV) group. Q-PCR used to evaluate FSHR mRNA levels oocytes. Results genes are significantly overexpressed (4–6 fold) relative oocyte. level terms subgroups is P value 0.000). show no significant difference regarding 0.575). Conclusion It seems that the could help understanding molecular mechanism maturation process.

Relation of Cumulus Cell Status with Single Oocyte Maturity, Fertilization Capability and Patient Age

BACKGROUND The production of competent oocytes depends on a bi-directional communication between the oocyte and cumulus cells. The goal of this study was to determine whether simple parameters monitored in cumulus cells from individual human oocytes have any predictive value, and thus correlate with clinically relevant parameters. METHODS 97 cumulus-oocyte complexes were recovered from 31 pat...

P-110: Effect of Increasing Amount of Oocyte Secreted Factors on Cumulus Expansion of Bovine Cumulus-Oocyte Complexes

Background: In vitro maturation is a good method to decrease cancer risk of superovulation by gonadotropin hormones. A paracrine effect of oocyte secretions on oocyte developmental competence is under investigation. Apart from oocyte maturation, ovulation in vivo requires a precise control of extracellular matrix modification. Cumulus cells secrete hyaluronan to form a muco-elastic extracellula...

Human Cumulus Cells Molecular Signature in Relation to Oocyte Nuclear Maturity Stage

The bi-directional communication between the oocyte and the surrounding cumulus cells (CCs) is crucial for the acquisition of oocyte competence. We investigated the transcriptomic profile of human CCs isolated from mature and immature oocytes under stimulated cycle. We used human Genome U133 Plus 2.0 microarrays to perform an extensive analysis of the genes expressed in human CCs obtained from ...

Oocyte regulation of metabolic cooperativity between mouse cumulus cells and oocytes: BMP15 and GDF9 control cholesterol biosynthesis in cumulus cells.

Oocyte-derived bone morphogenetic protein 15 (BMP15) and growth differentiation factor 9 (GDF9) are key regulators of follicular development. Here we show that these factors control cumulus cell metabolism, particularly glycolysis and cholesterol biosynthesis before the preovulatory surge of luteinizing hormone. Transcripts encoding enzymes for cholesterol biosynthesis were downregulated in bot...
